The Rake Up Boise event has been around for 33 years now and is a resource for over 700 senior citizens as well as disable people to get help raking up leaves. This is all done by volunteers here in the Treasure Valley that just want to help their neighbors.

If you're a homeowner who is disabled or a senior citizen living within Ada County and would like to sign up to receive help, click here. You must be over 65 years of age, live in either Boise or Garden City, live at the residence, and get signed up before Friday, October 19th.

If you would like to donate some time and sign up to volunteer for Rake Up Boise you can do that by clicking here. They are asking for you to sign up with a group of 6 or more and designate a team captain. Please bring your own rakes and gloves, also you will need to contact the resident to let them know when you will be completing the raking process. Your team is being asked to cover a $25 registration fee which will also cover the cost of the bags (If you are a sponsor team, nonprofit or school group waivers are available). And again you need to be registered by October 19th, 2018.
