“This is a public threat," said Canyon County sheriff Kieran Donahue. "We need to get them off the street." “We believe these two individuals...are extremely dangerous -- a young man has lost his life at the hands of these individuals," Donahue said. "And they're still out there and we don't have them identified."
"This is an extremely unusual type of crime, not just for Canyon County, but for for the state of Idaho," he said. "This is a very violent crime, it's a very direct and deliberate crime, so for us to see this in the state of Idaho we're very surprised by that quite frankly...it's not something we see often at all."

In the images released by the sheriff's office, the first suspect is seen walking inside the store with a rife while the second suspect is seen with a dolly in hand.
The armed men then took the store's safe and fled in two separate vehicles. The safe was found unopened about four miles away from the store.

Anyone with information about these individuals is asked to call 343-COPS.
