Are you ready for Spring Break? If you’ve got kids, you can never be too prepared for the vacation that could very well set the precedence for summer break. I’ve got some ideas for you…

Tons of photos (to prove you were the fun family, right?), staycations (camping in your backyard, with S’mores over the grill or firepit. Why not.) Movie trilogies. Day trips. Matinees. This Spring Break is going to rock, right? Right!

Historic Downtown Walking Tour

Boise’s changed a little over the past century and a half. Find out how through a one-hour, ten-block tour through Historic Downtown, a great way to spend your lunch hour.

Book Drive for Boys and Girls Clubs

March 21-April 19
Michaels would like to collect 1 million books during the thirty day drive that helps the Boys and Girls Clubs. Drop off gently used books at your nearest Michaels.

Divergent Movie Party

Sat., March 22, 6 p.m.
Poised to become the next teen sensation, says all the media buzz. You be the judge when you get to see Divergent at the Library, the movie that features action-adventure, where people get divided into factions, based on their own human virtues. Sound interesting? You should go!

There will be trivia, snacks, and a battle of the factions, after-hours. Feel free to dress up in your best Divergent costume for this one. Ages 12-18. FREE.
