Gardner Company’s City Center Plaza Plan to be Looked at by Boise City Council

The Gardner Company will present their next project for downtown to Boise’s City council tonight.

“The City Center Plaza” would include a nine-story, 206,000-square-foot building west of the U.S. Bank tower south of Main Street between 8th Street and Capitol Boulevard. Clearwater Analytics, which does web-based reporting, accounting and analytics for clients around the world, plans to partner with Gardner on that building, which would be called the Clearwater Building.
