March Madness has griped the Treasure Valley, Idaho and the nation.  Could we see the political equivalent of Buffalo beating Arizona?  The May 15th Primary will tell the tale of who moves on and who goes home.   The only other delay until the candidate hit the trail full time is the Idaho Legislature.  Most experts believe the session will end by the last week of March or the first week of April.  Once that happens, we'll see the state's attention focus on the First CD Race and the Governor's Race.

It would be nice if political races had the coverage, or at least half the coverage of our favorite sporting events.  Unfortunately that is not the case, but this year's races will be the most watched in recent years.  Issues such as immigration, the military, and the national debt will be discussed throughout the state.  Who knows, maybe President Trump will tweet his pick.
