Illegal Dumping Is A Growing Problem In the Treasue Valley
Law enforcement officials are hoping to crack down on a growing problem, illegal dumping. It is becoming a widespread problem in Ada County, and sheriff’s investigators hope someone will help them catch one recent violator: whoever dumped an old boat and toxic trash in a gravel pit off Hill Road. The old blue and white Martin boat was accompanied by other items including chemicals, paint and paint thinner. The dump sight is near the intersection of Horsehoe Bend and Hill roads.
Anyone who recognizes the boat or has information about the dumping is asked to call Eagle Police at 938-2260.
