Corporate America; admired for creating shareholder value but despised for harboring the greedy.

Never has the issue been more on the forefront than after a recent study shows the spread between the average S&P 500 company CEO and shop floor pay widened by more than 600% over the past 30 years.

Is this a problem that needs a solution or is the trend OK?  How should corporations, shareholders, and voters view this issue?  Does your solution warrant new government action?
