It's been a month since most of us have started our latest quest to lose weight.  The diet industry makes billions of dollars off our desire to get more fit.  If you need a good laugh or have fallen off the wagon then this video is for you.  It was shot over four years ago after I had just arrived in Idaho.  Pass it along to your friends and have them share the laughter.  The lesson here is to always know your limits and PACE YOURSELF!
