Leaders Discuss 2014 Fireseason

U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell, Governor Butch Otter, Idaho's congressional delegation, and members of Oregon's congressional delegation will be at the National Interagency Fire Center Monday to discuss the 2014 fire season.
In addition to a briefing on the 2014 wildfire season outlook, the leaders will take a look at legislation to revise fire funding. The bipartisan legislation is called the Wildfire Disaster Funding Act of 2013 and is sponsored by Idaho and Oregon's congressmen and supported by the Western Governor's Association.
