Man’s Body Found In The Snake River

IDAHO FALLS –(AP) Authorities in eastern Idaho have recovered the body of a 68-year-old Blackfoot man from the Snake River.

The Bingham County Sheriff's Office tells the Post Register that a search team recovered the body of Michael Birch at about noon on Saturday southwest of Blackfoot.

Authorities say the search started Friday night after Birch didn't return from a fishing trip.
