Canyon County Sheriff’s say a man wearing a mask and using a handgun demanded cash and cigarettes from a clerk at a Jacksons store in Middleton during an early morning robbery. The robbery occurred just before 1 a.m. Sunday. The robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarette cartons. Sheriff’s describe the suspect as light-skinned, 5-foot-4-inches to 5-foot-9-inches tall and about 145 to 165 pounds. He wore a black jacket with a light-colored vertical stripe down the front, blue jeans and black tennis shoes with white soles and white shoe laces. His black face mask had a light colored emblem on the forehead area.
