It was supposed to be Bob Hopper's legacy, but now its all gone.

15,000 crystals have been stolen from the Bunker Mine in Kellogg. The mine was set to be turned into a museum and now that's questionable.

Some of the crystals have been recovered, but they've been so damaged that they don't have much value.

Robert Hopper bought the mine back in the 1990's and was re-opened in 2015.

According to KTVB, Hopper's collection was the biggest polymorphite crystal collection in the world.

One person has been arrested, but police suspect that more people are involved. Bob Hopper says he hopes to still open the museum with what he has left.
