The Dallas Cowboys cut former Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore from their active roster. The Dallas Morning News reported that the team plans to sign him to the practice squad if he clears waivers. All teams have a chance to add him to the active roster first. Moore was moved to the active roster when starter Tony Romo was injured and spent two games as the backup quarterback but did not play.
