More Road Closures In Boise

Because the Broadway Bridge and Downtown Transit hub construction isn't enough to drive you crazy...

ACHD will be closing part of Hill Road from 36th Street east to 28th Street starting on Wednesday, May 18th.  According to KIVI-TV, the closure is part of an ongoing roundabout project that began last year.

Phase one of the closure will detour eastbound traffic on Hill Road south to 36th, east onto Taft, north onto 28th and then back onto Hill Road.  Westbound traffic will sent south on 28th, west on Taft, north onto 36th and back onto Hill Road.

The detours are estimated to last about a week, weather permitting.  It'll be followed by closing Hill Road west of 36th to Collister before closing both areas again for paving.
