Motorcycle Crash Claims The Life Of an Emmett Man

A 47 year old Emmett motorcyclist was killed Sunday afternoon after colliding with an SUV on State Street. Ada county Sheriff’s say the crash happened just after 1:30 p.m. on State Street near the Horseshoe Bend Road intersection. Officials say the motorcyclist pulled out in front of an SUV when turning east onto State Street from Jennie Lane. The motorcyclist who was not wearing a helmet was taken to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.
