Nampa Police Arrest ‘Mr. Jack’

It was not a good day for 'Mr. Jack' as he is known in a popular Nampa neighborhood.  Jack R. Swisher of Nampa was arrested recently for sexual abuse of a child under 16 and lewd conduct with a minor child under 16.  Officials are concerned that there may be more victims due to the many children that live near the apartment complex on North Gateway Street in Nampa.

Police say the forty five year old is known as 'Mr. Jack' in the neighborhood.  He frequently has been seen giving rides to kids on his wheelchair. Mr. Swisher was arrested on September 13th.
