Police Find Carjacked Taxi In Downtown Boise

Police are looking for an ABC taxi cab was stolen at gunpoint overnight. A dispatcher for the Taxi company says the driver picked two men up at the Burger King on Fairview, between Milwaukee Street and Maple Grove Road around 10 p.m. Tuesday. The driver says the passenger pulled a gun when they got to Meridian and forced him into the passenger seat. The man said they took his wallet and phone and dropped him off along Shaw Mountain Road. The stolen cab is red 2012 Kia Soul with ABC Taxi signs on the door and the number 29 on its fender. If you see the cab, call Ada County dispatch.
