A Southwest flight from Seattle to Phoenix was diverted to Boise Sunday morning after the pilot discovered a crack in the windshield of the cockpit. The pilot reported the crack to the Boise tower around 8:10 a.m. Sunday. Southwest flight 762 landed safely at the Boise Airport, and was parked at a gate by 8:36 a.m. A backup plane was sent for the passengers and crew to complete their flight.
