Another GOP Debate that resembled a royal rumble and threw out Robert's Rules of Order.  It was a rematch between the Fox Squad led by Megyn Kelly and Mr. Trump.  Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz continued to attack the front runner.  John Kasich was happy to have more time.
