Uber Officially Launched In Boise

It’s official, Uber is celebrating today now that a bill has become a law in the state..
Drivers started giving rides on Tuesday after the bill bypassed local regulations.
At the launch event supporters talked about the way that Uber was allowed to operate in the city.
To celebrate Uber's launch today people who booked rides through Uber got a free cupcake from Amaru Confections.
The law went into effect immediately because of an emergency clause written into the bill.
