Watch Carly Fiorina make it official today announcing her candidacy for the White House.  The former HP executive mentions her business experience and her gender as reasons why people should vote for her in 2016.  Fiorina is the first female candidate on the republican side since former North Carolina Senator Elizabeth Dole ran in 2000.
