I think I fell in love, and it's with a home here in Boise. Maybe not the entire house, but once you see the pictures there is a good chance that you'll feel the same.

What do I love about this house?

I love the front porch, I love the idea of being able to have a drink on your front porch and being able to have a conversation with the neighbors who are walking by. I love the big front yard and I'm glad there's a big front yard because there's nothing in the back. I just think that being out front is more inviting that behind some big fence in the backyard.

Does the home need some updates?

I'm going to say yes, but the current homeowner may disagree. The only reason I think this home could use some upgrades is that parts of the home like the kitchen don't match the front of the house charm if that makes sense. I think you could keep the current cabinets and just paint them. It's not an easy task because there's a ton of storage space in the kitchen.

Want to know more about this home?

It has over 3,100 sq. ft. it was built in 1914 and the older the home for me the better, I think older homes have more charm and character. This house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is sitting on a 6,186 sq. ft. lot. This house has plenty of space and if you could count the treehouse in the back, it would definitely make it bigger.

Beautiful Boise Home Built In 1914

I love this home because of the big front yard, and being able to hang out on the big front porch.
