The US has seen a rapid increase in mortgage rates which then quickly fell in November of 2022 and home purchases slowed. Luxury Real Estate experts Sherman Oaks realtors analyzed data from Zillow’s Home Value Index Tool alongside population data from World Population Review to find out what the market looks like in 2023.

After a major housing boom the Treasure Valley and Idaho as a whole have slowed way down over the past year. Idaho is still in the top 10 of top selling states per capita but have fallen far behind from 1st place just a couple of years ago. Here is what things look like now. . .
