After Nearly 30 Years, Boise Restaurant Shuts Down This Weekend

There's something special about that favorite food destination where you can enjoy your favorite eats, oftentimes, with your favorite people.

A staple here in Boise that has become a Boise treasure will be going away for good--this weekend.

As we reported just a week ago, a popular restaurant is shutting its doors for good. 

Fans of the popular Golden Wok are absolutely heartbroken that they'll be closing down! 

The reason behind their closure? It will warm your heart.

Obviously, the business has been doing well--but the owners shared with their customers online that they simply want to be able to spend time with their daughter. Sometimes, family just has to come first and we have the utmost respect for Golden Wok for making this tough decision.

This weekend is it--in fact, SATURDAY, May 17th, is the very final day to grab your Golden Wok fix.

The owners are encouraging you to call ahead as they expect a significant rush for one last meal, by many.
