‘Awful Hire': NFL Fans Rip Saints for Hiring Boise’s Kellen Moore
Never in the history of Boise State football or frankly, football in the State of Idaho, has there been a name more prolific than Kellen Moore. The kid from Prosser, Washington showed up to Boise State, started at Quarterback under Chris Petersen as a Freshman--and for all four years--and remains the winningest football player in college football history.
He hasn't slowed down, after an NFL career, a coaching career, and now his first stop at what was inevitable: a head coaching role in the NFL.
The greatest to ever coach the game get these jobs and Kellen has just locked his name down as one of the best to ever do it, win or lose.

Who couldn't love this guy!?
In a statement released by the New Orleans Saints, they said of Kellen:
He is an outstanding communicator with the ability to lead people and has a clear vision for this football team. Through this head coaching search, we had the opportunity to meet with several impressive candidates and I thank them for their hard work and preparation in this process.
He's always been a cool tempered champion and on behalf of the State of Idaho, we're cheering you on, Kellen! The haters are going to hate but only we know just how special you are--and your winning record as an Offensive Coordinator is just the tip of the iceberg!
