Boise State University Speech Starts Viral Trend [Video]

It's always really cool to be scrolling through TikTok or another social media platform and seeing a Boise related social media post. We have seen an uproar on social media revolving around Boise videos sometimes good sometimes bad. Overall we have been getting a lot of attention on the internet recently. 

Not only does Boise get random videos blowing up every once and a while but this time Boise has begun an internet trend! A couple of years ago at a Boise State University commencement the speech from one of the graduating students went viral. People around the world were inspired by the speech and it has popped up over and over again, resurfacing on the internet. This time however the virality of the video has doubled as it has become its own TikTok sound and its own trend. 

If you have never heard of #hopecore on TikTok it’s a trend where people put inspiring videos layered over inspiring sounds. There is nothing better than seeing one of these videos and instantly having your mood completely turned around. Now, this Boise State University speech has become a staple of hope core. The original video and TikTok sound has 6.3 million views and 1.3 million likes. 

The comments on this video are extremely positive with everyone wanting to know who gave this amazing speech. But now the sound has taken on a life of its own with people making their own #hopecore videos to the sound hoping to inspire others as well.
