Check Out 6 Crazy California Laws
While the culture in California and Boise may differ, there are a few things that we'd like the folks from the sunny state to bring over to Idaho. Namely, one of their new laws for 2023.
As of January 1st, 2023, California's new mimimum wage is $15.50 per hour. Sounds pretty decent, right? If not, let's compare that number to Idaho.
In 2023, as it's been for many years without a change. Idaho's minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. That's right, in California, the minimum wage is over double what it is in Idaho.
What do we need to do to get that big-time money here in Boise? We want new laws, damn it!
