The fountain itself looks mostly complete but there’s still a lot of landscaping to do around the new foundation and rubberized surface.

The Boise Parks and Recreation department is top notch and has been working on some fantastic improvement plans around the city.

For the better part of 62 years, the incredible fountain has shot water high into the sky during sweltering Boise summers and provided sweet relief its cool mist.

The Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic is celebrating its 30th Birthday this year and is set to be an incredible, memorable and beautiful 5 day event.
