Is Idaho's tax on fuel among the cheapest in the country or is it one of the most expensive?

Two Idaho legislators did propose cutting the state's fuel tax in half for two years to help those walloped by Biden's inflation.

Monday the House passed a bill designed to push through a mix of tax cuts and tax increases.  Today the Senate was not buying it and derailed the gas tax express.
