New BIG Incentive Underway to get Nurses to Rural Idaho
Being a nurse in rural Idaho may pay off big soon. Less populated Idaho areas are having a hard time keeping nurses around. A new plan is on the table to entice nurses to work in smaller communities in the gem state.
