Russ Fulcher exclusively told Kevin Miller this morning that he will move his campaign for governor to run for Idaho's First Congressional Seat.  Fulcher's decision reduces the Republican field to Lt.Gov. Brad Little, Dr. Tommy Ahlquist,and Congressman Raul Labrador.
