The Hells Roaring Fire has doubled in size over the weekend , growing from 130 to nearly 400 acres.
Backcountry hikers and campers were evacuated from parts of the Sawtooth National Forest as the wildfire south of Stanley grew. The Hell Roaring Fire started on the Fourth of July, about 12 miles south of Stanley. It is burning mostly in areas filled with downed or dead pines.
No structures are immediately threatened.
