Kevin Miller begins the show from the Nampa Walmart on Garrity and Franklin promoting day 3 of Miller's Mission.  This is Kevin Miller's semi annual event promoting the Boise Rescue.  He's asking the community to donate turkeys to feed Treasure Valley Families during Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Kevin Miller previews the latest news coming out of Washington DC involving the attempts to impeach the president of the United States. Kevin Miller takes calls from listeners responding to the topic.  Kevin Miller shares some topics from across the country.  A Florida woman who threw a slushie at Congressman Matt Gaetz has been sentenced to 15 days behind bars for her fruit-flavored attack. 35-year-old Amanda Kondrat'yev pleaded guilty to assaulting a member of Congress after hurling a red slushie at Gaetz as he was leaving a Pensacola restaurant back in June.  She was sentenced to 15 days plus 1 year of probation and a $500 fine.  Kondrat'yev tweeted out a thank you "to everyone that helped me through this SlushieGate madness".  Rep. Gaetz, who was insistent that Kondrat'yev face jail time, said he was "pleased" with the sentencing.  Was jail time warranted in this case?  Do we need strict sentences to make sure these attacks don't get out of hand?  Kevin Miller reviews the Boise mayor's race between Dave Beiter and Lauren McClean.  The next election is December.
