It was a long night for residents in the Southwest Boise neighborhood near the Amity and Cole roads. Police say 34 year old Jacob Rexius hid in a crawl space to avoid police. Deputies say Rexius was arrested just before 3 Friday morning after sheriff's deputies and U.S. Marshall's flooded the home with tear gas and sent in a police dog to find him.
Streets and roads around neighborhood were blocked off and residents were told to stay in their homes as police waited to arrest Rexius. He was wanted on warrant charges for a probation violation. Three others were also arrested during the bust.
