It's the time of year when most of us dream of Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas. Whether you're traveling, near or far, everyone looks forward to the holidays. What happens if you don't have enough food to eat? Or you don't have enough money to pay the utility bills or your rent?
For over sixty years, the Boise Rescue Mission has provided faith, food, and shelter to Treasure Valley Families. The BRM does not receive any government funding. Your generous donations provide their good works.
Twice a year, KIDO Talk Radio's Kevin Miller partners with the Mission for Miller's Mission. Kevin Miller lives at the Wal Mart on Garrity and Franklin Blvd in Nampa for a week. This year, he'll be collecting your tax-deductible donations, turkeys, cash, food, and other items beginning November 12-17th.
Won't you join Kevin in the Treasure Valley Turkey Challenge feeding Idaho Families this Fall? Remember it's always better to give a turkey than be a turkey.
