53 year old Roy Frasier of Nampa died Wednesday after a 50,000 pound steel beam fell off a fork lift and trapped him under it.
County deputies, the Middleton Fire Department and Canyon County Paramedics responded to Rule Steel just before 11 a.m. Deputies say Frazier was trying to move the steel beam with a forklift when it fell.
After being trapped under the beam, fellow employees rushed to Frasier's aid, removing the beam but Frasier died just after medical personnel arrived.
