580 KIDO's Spring "Promote Our Schools - Secure Our Future" campaign took Kevin to Rolling Hills Public Charter School in Boise.  Interviews with administrators, teachers, parents and a special song sung by the students.

Kevin's first day back after a three day trip to the Bundy Ranch in southern Nevada. Kevin took phone calls from listeners about everything from grazing rights to education in Idaho. Idaho Schools Superintendent Tom Luna guests in the 8-o'clock hour.

Kevin discussed and took listener reaction to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's decision to veto a religious freedom bill passed by the Az. legislature. Local 2nd Amendment supporter Greg Pruett called in the 6-o'clock hour in support of the "campus carry" bill in the Idaho legislature. State Senator Steven Thayne called in the 7-o'clock hour to discuss education.

Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna joined Kevin in studio in the 7-o'clock hour. State Democratic Representative Mat Erpelding called in a legislative update. State Republican Senator Russ Fulcher called in the 8-o'clock hour to share the latest in his campaign for Idaho Governor.
