Amy Larson loves adventure so she’s always on the lookout for exciting, fun, and free things to do with family and friends. Serving as the Snake River Stampede’s ‘blogaroo’ for three seasons, Amy went on to become a published author, food reviewer, editor, and writer for several local and state magazines, turning many small Idaho towns into ‘Spotlight Cities’. Her current blog and Facebook page, “Appetite for Idaho” dishes up generous helpings of often-humorous, frequently entertaining short cuts for anyone wanting to explore the people, places and things of the Gem State. She is currently working on multiple local writers’ manuscripts, and her own “Appetite for Idaho: The Book”, a compilation of her favorite Idaho discoveries.
