Controversial NAACP President Rachel Dolezal has resigned her position with the Spokane office.

Her parents say she's white.  She says she's black.  Rachel Dolezal told KREM, that if she was asked, she would consider herself black.  She's the president of the Spokane Chapter of the NAACP.
