Middleton Crash Claims 19 Year Old Caldwell Man

Traffic on Highway 44 was blocked for 3 hours after 19 year old Chase Panda of Caldwell was killed in a crash near Middleton Monday morning. Idaho State Police said Panda was driving east on Highway 44 when a semi truck, driven by 49 year old Seyran Minasyan, pulled out of a parking lot and Panda hit it. Panda died at the scene. Minasyan did not require medical attention. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts, police said.
