Hidden Gem In Idaho Is Serving Up Some Sensational BBQ

An unassuming building in Idaho serves up some of the best BBQ you'll find in the entire state. 

According to their website, it all started "with a simple dream from two guys who bonded over their shared love of Texas and good barbecue." I don't know about you, but I love good barbecue, and Texas barbecue is one of my favorites. This barbecue joint keeps it as simple as it gets. If you didn't know where this place was, there's a good chance you'll drive right by it. 

The two owners of Hellfire Barbecue in Idaho Falls started "selling meat out of a tent on the weekend and loved it so much that we decided to expand into a brick and mortar where we can serve the community every day." 

To go from a tent on weekends to a brick and mortar open every day has to say something about the barbecue they offer. The menu is simple: 

Meat(1/4lb): 

• Brisket
• Pork Ribs
• Beef Ribs
• Pulled Pork
• Turkey
• All Beef Sausage
• Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage 

Sandwiches: 

• Brisket Sandwich
• Pulled Pork Sandwich
• Tukey Sandwich

Sides: 

• Mac & Cheese
• Baked Beans
• Cream Corn
• Slaw

They even have started to bottle up their barbecue sauce.

Matt A. on Yelp left this review "Best bbq I've ever had! I had the brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño sausage. Each was fabulous! The free condiments with pickles, onions, slaw, and jalapeño make excellent toppers. The sauce on the table has a hint of spice and pairs nicely. I don't know if I'll ever be back to Idaho Falls, but this is a must-stop. The staff is also extremely friendly."
