Boise truly has some of the best local businesses in the country. It breaks our heart when local businesses have to close and sadly we've been seeing a lot of that recently. But while there has been some closures there has also been a lot of great success stories. One of those success stories is The Protein Spot.

The Protein Spot is a newer food joint right on Broadway near downtown Boise. Their menu has brought people in from all over the Treasure Valley so they can try the healthy and protein filled bowls. They've got tons of options from a healthy cheeseburger bowl to a build-your-own so that you can choose all your favorites.

They even have tons of ready-to-go meal prepped bowls that you can take with you on the go. These bowls have gotten so much love in the Treasure Valley because all you have to do is reheat them and you have a delicious AND healthy lunch or dinner ready to go.

Not to mention all their other options like smoothies and protein balls.

The Protein Spot's First Birthday

It's almost time for The Protein Spot's first birthday! They wanted to celebrate in a really big way and boy they are!

The Protein Spot is going all out giving away FREE FOOD on April 18th. You can get dinner on The Protein Spot for FREE in just a couple of weeks. On April 18th from 4pm-7pm they will be opening up a tab for free hot bar bowls, smoothies, and drinks all on the house!  They're doing this as a way to say thank you and Idaho couldn't be more excited!
