One interesting thing we've noticed about Boise is that a lot of local residents tend to somehow end up on very popular shows! We've seen Boise residents on shows like The Bachelor, The Bachelor in Paradise, and even Survivor. It's fun to watch the show knowing that someone who lives in the general area as you are on television making a name for themselves.

One very popular show this time of year is Big Brother. If you don't know Big Brother it's a competition game show with die hard fans. Episodes come out in real time multiple times a week and show several house guests competing to win up to $750,000! The show spans about 90 days and features challenges including the Head of Household competition and the Veto Competition. Each week the house guests make friends, allies, and even lovers trying to stay in the game as long as possible to avoid the chopping block and win the money and the end of the three months. And this year with a new AI twist it's sure to get interesting!

Along with the excitement of the new season Boise residents are even more excited to see that someone who lives in Boise is going to be competing on the show. 21 year old Cedric Hodges is a former marine who has officially entered the Big Brother House. Cedric is also the youngest house guest to ender the Big Brother House in history. Viewers are excited to watch him compete and try to not only win the grand prize money but come back to Boise crowned a Big Brother winner!
