Popular Idaho Breakfast Spot Opens New Location

Boise is a hot spot for all things Brunch and it’s clearly a stable of downtown. On almost every corner of downtown Boise, there is a brunch place with lines out the door on weekends and waits up to 40 minutes long. We can’t tell if Boise loves brunch more or if brunch loves Boise more!

Sometimes it's best if you travel outside of Boise to get some brunch this way your wait times won't be as long and you still get to have an excellent time with your favorite people... and of course great food. One of our favorite brunch spots in Boise has to be The Griddle and luckily they've expanded outside of Boise to many different locations.

Now, the Griddle has a brand new location in Meridian and we couldn't be more excited about it! The Griddle is a fan favorite breakfast spot here in the Treasure Valley so of course when it comes to opening up more locations our immediate reaction is: the more the merrier!

The Griddle has so many different breakfast and lunch options so if you need a fun place to go with your family or friends this is definitely one of those spots. Not to mention, Sunday brunches are the ultimate cure after a long night out and heading to the Griddle might just be exactly what the doctor ordered.
