Jerome ID Musician Plays Private Event For Country Star’s Family

A native of the Magic Valley and popular area musician who once caught the attention of country star Blake Shelton as a reality show contestant was recently invited to perform at a private event for another famous recording artist.

Most Southern Idaho residents who enjoy live music know the name EllieMae Millenkamp. EllieMae performs throughout the Gem State and beyond, and played a live set a few days ago for one of the founding members of Florida Georgia Line.

EllieMae was born in Jerome, Idaho, and last week sang and played for Tyler Hubbard's family at an undisclosed location.

EllieMae was once a contestant on The Voice and was selected by Blake Shelton to represent his all-star team of aspiring country recording artists, according to The Idaho State Journal.

EllieMae has also performed with artists such as Koe Wetzel, Lainey Wilson, John Michael Montgomery, and many others, according to her official Meta page. She has live shows scheduled in Hagerman, Ketchum, and Horseshoe Bend in the coming days.
