Actor Kevin Spacey has one less legal matter to worry about, as a man who filed a lawsuit against the actor over an alleged 2016 groping incident has dropped his civil lawsuit.

Deadline reports that attorney Mitchell Garabedian told media outlets that the suit filed by his client late last month in Nantucket Super Court has been voluntarily dismissed. No reasoning was given for the dismissal.

However, criminal charges against Spacey remain. The actor entered a not guilty plea to the indecent assault in battery charge. The criminal trial is expected to take place this fall.

The alleged incident occurred when the 18-year-old man was working as a bus boy at the Club Car restaurant. The actor was accused of getting the man drunk and sexually assaulting him.

Spacey is best known for his roles in The Usual Suspects, L.A. Confidential, American Beauty and the TV series House of Cards.
