Idaho will move on to Stage-2 of the governor's reopening plan on Saturday as the state has met the requirements of fewer cases of COVID-19 in intensive care and on respirators.

“Idahoans must have a passport or the Star Card in order to board a plane after October 1, 2020, and I strongly encourage everyone to get their Star Card with plenty of time ahead of the deadline,” Gov. Brad Little said.
