The GOP Debate featured a subdued panel of four composed of Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, and John Kasich. The GOP four horsemen behaved themselves for most of the night. There were few personal insults as the CNN moderates focused on the issues relevant to foreign/domestic policy.
