If you ever had to step into Idaho’s Maximum Security Prison, whether as an inmate or a visitor, there's a good chance you're going to be nervous or even have anxiety.

If you've ever seen the show 60 Days In, where ordinary people go undercover in prison to reveal the reality of inmate life, you’ll instantly see why the inside is enough to give anyone the feeling of "bubble guts."

Anything can happen in prison...

Just like the show 60 Days In, paranoia is unavoidable. You’re constantly glancing over your shoulder, wondering who’s watching your every move.

"Is the new person a rat?"

"What's the new person in for?"

These are the types of questions that can make anyone second-guess their every movie inside Idaho’s prison walls.

You could even argue that Idaho's maximum security prison could be viewed as a keg of gunpowder - one bad spark and it all goes off.

This can happen due to a variety of reasons whether it's inmates sizing each other up, watching for weaknesses, or realizing a member from a rival gang is now in the same area.

Like the show, 60 Days In, one wrong word or glance could set it all off.

And that's not to say the guards and staff aren't doing their jobs because they are. But, you can't predict what goes on inside the mind of a criminal, especially if they're highly motivated to get what they want.

That unpredictability was on full display during one of the bloodiest brawls in the history of the Idaho Maximum Security Prison.
