Who doesn’t love a good pulled pork sandwich? Slow-cooked, shredded pork with barbecue sauce... I’m definitely getting some barbecue for lunch today haha! And you should too, not only because it sounds delicious right now, but also because it’s National Pulled Pork Day!

I was in Memphis, TN over the weekend, and I had some really great barbecue. But I’ll be honest, it was comparable to some of the amazing restaurants we have right here in Boise, Idaho.

I mean, obviously Idaho isn’t in “The South” like Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, or Texas — but that doesn’t mean we can’t share and enjoy the same kinds of food. Plus, (personal hot take here) there’s enough people that have moved here from there that it’s as close as we’re ever going to get to having the same food LOL.

Fortunately for us, there are dozens of incredible restaurants right here in the Boise area that serve some of the best pulled pork we can possibly get our hands on.

Here are 5 of the Best Restaurants for Pulled Pork in the Boise Area – and I didn't just pull from my own experiences and opinions — I also checked Google and Yelp reviews... and y'all have nothing but amazing things to say about these places.
